Our team is important to us and each one has been trained to the highest standard to ensure that every visit is perfect. Continually learning and growing to ensure you can feel fully relaxed in the knowledge that you are being looked after by experts at every level
Our Story
We met many moons ago whilst working at L'Oreal, and having both been Hairdressers, Educators, Salon Owners, Sales People, Managers and Ambassadors we felt like we had a pretty good handle on the industry.
Anna-Marie owned salons of her own and educated for major global brands and Antony, having been a Stylist, Manager and Creative Director for leading UK salons felt it was time to combine and open what we hope will be the perfect salon experience!
Our mission is simple, ' To empower every person we touch to be the best version of themselves' and with that in mind we have set out our plan to do just that. Our brand partners have been chosen because we believe great hair needs a 360 degree approach.

Anna- Marie Rawlings - Salon Director
Trained at Soho's leading Fish Salon, Anna-Marie specialise's in bespoke colour applications. Her meticulous approach to colour has won her a loyal clientele. Using a blend of techniques her signature ' Carefree Colour ' allows each client to see the true potential of their hair. Using Redken Shades EQ enhances and conditions the hair whilst creating the perfect tones for you.
Anna-Marie's ability to listen, understand and guide new and old clients alike on their colour journey has proven that the consultation is as important as the result.
She also loves to provide natural looking extensions, whether you are looking for volume or length there is a system for you!
Antony Rawlings - Salon Director
Starting his career in some of London's premier salons Antony quickly established himself as an international Educator, bringing his own brand of 'down to earth' cutting and styling to students globally.
Key to his success is his precision cuts, taking into account each individual clients needs, and making every visit a memorable one.
His signature hand blended balayage and haircut creates the ultimate in wearable luxury.
Having worked as an educator for multiple international brands he has trained a roster of students to qualify in the industry and his passion is teaching.
His work has graced the front covers of Fashion magazines worldwide and his clientele is a total mix from die hard followers to musicians and royals.
Jess Bills - Creative Colourist
Jess has been Colouring hair for 17 years and after a worldwide career, settled in Chelsea in 2017 quickly building herself a fiercely loyal clientele.
After training at the multi award winning, Trevor Sorbie MBE and working in some of London's top salons she traveled to Australia where she worked and trained alongside Redken Colour Ambassador Sheree Noble at her world famous ‘Bixie’ Salon. It was here she perfected the Australian lived in look, using clever colour placement to achieve beautifully natural results.
Back in London she has worked with top brands including L’Oréal , Redken and Wella.
A perfectionist with an acute eye for detail, she has a quickly grown a big fan base.
She Loves blondes, low maintenance balayage, colour corrections and is a Keratin Blowdry specialist.
Anna Martin - Stylist
Anna began her career as an apprentice at one of the biggest names in British hairdressing and completed her qualification under the training of Antony, passing with Distinction.
She is a calming influence on her clients and deeply understands the technical aspects of hair, ensuring every client feels understood and listened to.
Specialising in 'Bleach & Tone' allows Anna to give you the perfect seamless blonde! With strengths in both colouring and cutting, Anna's quality and precision of work is unmatched at her level.
Lowri - Salon Co-Ordinator
Lowri is our beautiful daughter and all round asset to the salon.
Still at school and wanting to pursue a career in Psychology you can always expect her to bring glamour and flair to everything she does.
She is an integral part of the business and will instantly make you feel at home with us.
Jack - Apprentice
Jack is our star apprentice. This East London boy has a passion for hairdressing. Since leaving school in the summer Jack decided to undertake his apprenticeship with us at Rawlings & Rawlings. Jack will be training under Anna-Marie and Antony in all aspects of hairdressing and has already shown a flair for styling!
